Warren Ezra
Managing Principal and Founder of HCMi, LLC.
Warren Ezra has over 20 years of experience developing and delivering programs in the Human Capital Management Outsourcing industry. He began his career in Honolulu, Hawaii, where he was raised, directly after college as Director of Training and Development for Pioneer Federal Savings and Loan Association. After developing the Associations first fully operational Training and Development department Mr. Ezra accepted a position in California with Major Legal Service. Major Legal was a Litigation Services Outsourcing firm. Warren was brought in to develop and expand the Southern California market for the company. Warren spent 10 successful years in the Litigation Services Outsourcing industry working directly with clients such as CIGNA, Farmers Insurance, Nationwide Insurance, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Prudential Insurance Company, Progressive Insurance and Freemont Compensation Insurance to name a few. As VP of the Southern California Region, Warren was directly responsible for 38% of the company’s total inbound revenue stream. During his years in the litigation services industry Warren developed a deep understanding of human capital management as well as outsourcing principals and practices. He was also responsible for a $21 Million Dollar P & L. As a natural outflow of his experience and skill sets Mr. Ezra was called upon to mentor and train individual contributors as well as sales teams not only for internal resources, but for clients as well. Mr. Ezra transitioned fully into the Human Capital Management Consulting industry when named Field Manager for YourStaff, Inc. in 1995. YourStaff was the largest PEO (Professional Employer Organization) in California … it was later acquired by Kelly Services. When the opportunity presented itself, he accepted the position of Vice President for Manchester Inc. for the Southeast US market moving to Atlanta from Southern California. While at Manchester he put into place numerous successful Partnership and Strategic Alliance programs that developed high levels of revenue for the company. Warren was called upon to personally coach and mentor numerous senior level candidates who were going through Manchester’s Executive Career Transition programs. A promotion to Senior Vice President was awarded in 2002. Warren moved to Spherion Human Capital Consulting where he held the position of Managing Principal of the Atlanta office. Warren has worked with clients such as Cingular Wireless (now AT&T Wireless), TJX Companies, Solvay Pharmaceutical, Wachovia Bank, Pilgrim’s Pride Poultry, AFC Enterprises, CareerBuilder, PolyVision (Steelcase), IEEE (Institute of Electronic and Electrical Engineers), Federal Home Loan Bank and The Home Depot to name a few. When Spherion exited the Human Capital Management space in 2006 Warren founded HCMi, LLC in Atlanta, Georgia, Mr. Ezra has continued, as Managing Principal, delivering creative Human Capital Management and Talent Optimization solutions to small, mid-level and enterprise size companies. With its strategic partnerships and senior level consultants, HCMi, LLC has the ability to deliver high quality, one-on-one services anywhere globally. Mr. Ezra has received numerous achievement awards throughout his career and is a graduate of Chaminade University of Honolulu and holds a double major in Developmental Psychology and American History.

Renee Maxwell
Senior Consultant - Organizational Development and HCMi Business Analytic
L. Reneé Maxwell, B.A., M.S. SPHR and ODCP, currently serves as the Executive Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development for a German manufacture in North America. She is a member of North American Executive Leadership Team responsible for the design, execution and administration of all US Human Resources and Organizational Development functions. A 25+ year HR veteran senior professional she is a public speaker, executive coach and workshop facilitator in the areas of human resources, emotional intelligence, and responsible for leadership and mid-level management development. Renee’ is certified in The Predictive Index and Harver (formerly Outmatch) assessments as well as being Emotional Intelligence program certified. Since 2008, Ms. Maxwell has also practiced as an Executive Recruiter for her organization and recently joined Atlanta based Carver & Associate (Executive Search) and HCMi, LLC (Human Capital Management Consulting) as an independent contractor and delivery Senior Consultant. Renee’s Organizational Development projects have included: Companywide competency modeling. The result was a more efficient, productive and talent optimized organization. Under the DE&I umbrella Renee both designed and facilitated the “Women in Leadership Program” for Hansgrohe, Inc. This was a first of its kind program at Hansgrohe and received excellent reviews and accolades for its forward-thinking content and program results. Ms. Maxwell has held HR leadership roles in multiple industries including parking and transportation, hospitality, consumer goods and manufacturing. She received her undergraduate degree from HBCU Talladega College and a master’s degree from the University of Alabama in Criminal Justice with a minor in Public Administration. Reiner Lomb

Reiner is an Executive Coach, Leadership Facilitator, Business Consultant and Author. He specializes in leadership and career development and works with international and cross-cultural organizations. Reiner’s expertise draws on more than 35 years of experience in global leadership roles in the US and Germany and spans multiple industries with such companies as Hewlett-Packard, Nixdorf Computer AG, Sperry Univac (now part of Unisys) and Val. Mehler AG/Gloeggler-Group. Reiner spent more than 20 years at Hewlett-Packard and helped to grow HP’s software business into a multi-billion-dollar global business unit. He initially joined HP in Germany where he planned and launched one of HP’s most successful software products. Reiner then relocated to the United States where he built the US operation and led the worldwide go-to-market strategy and organization. During his time at HP, Reiner had the opportunity to develop and use his leadership skills in a wide range of business scenarios, including, start-up, turnaround, fast growth and merger & acquisition situations. HP also leveraged his experience and skills to coach and develop managers around the world. In addition to his corporate roles, he has served for many years on the Steering Committee of the Fort Collins Sustainability Group in Colorado and has been a member of the City’s Climate Task Force. Reiner earned his MBA in Sustainable Business from the Bainbridge Graduate Institute and a master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Paderborn in Germany. He is certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and received advanced executive coaching trainings and certifications from Newfield Network, based in Boulder/Colorado and N.E.W.S. Coaching & Training®, based in Lausanne/Switzerland. He is also certified by Team Coaching International™ and in Cultural Detective®. Lawrence Smith

Lawrence Smith is a former CEO of three companies (including a start-up and a turnaround) with extensive underlying experience as a CFO and CIO of several SME’s. Some of the problems for which Mr. Smith has been a key part of problem solutions which include: rebuilding credibility with a national users’ group, resolution of conflict between two functional groups within a $1 Billion subsidiary of a Fortune 100 firm, design and delivery of in-house executive training for a $3 Billion technology company, and the wind down of a start-up during the dotcom meltdown. He is recognized by his colleagues as a skilled communicator and an effective change agent with a high tolerance for ambiguity, uncertainty and conflict. Lawrence is a seasoned problem-solver with a relentless focus on value creation, innovation and entrepreneurship in pursuit of profitability and positive cash flow. His industry experience includes computer manufacturing, software, institutional investment, healthcare, and education. As interim CFO of a federally chartered bank, within 60 days he improved investment returns by 100bp and enhanced risk coverage while reducing insurance premiums by 25%. As CIO of ME&CT he oversaw a $150MM investment portfolio that performed in the top quartile of the under $1 Billion foundations and endowments universe. He has been known to immerse himself in analytical detail to the point where the numbers begin to speak to him and tell their story! Despite a solid academic foundation with a BBA from Notre Dame and an MBA from Harvard Business School, Lawrence Smith has had an intense personal commitment to lifelong learning. He is very supportive of enterprises whose mission is to enrich, entertain, educate and inspire. His determination to leave footprints in the sand included his fifteen years as a full-time faculty member at Babson College teaching their flagship undergraduate entrepreneurship course which won several national awards. Lawrence is a member of MENSA and Sigma Pi Phi (aka The Boulè). He is serving currently on the Corporate Executive Council of WGBH in Boston and has served on the Boards of the Harvard Business School Association of Boston (Audit and Nominating Committees), Masonic Health System (Finance and Compensation Committees), MetroWest Medical Center (Finance Committee), and the Dimock Community Health Center (Finance Committee). Dianne Young
